participated in three events this past weekend.
On Friday night, Brian made the trip to Ionia, Michigan, with the blue #49
late model, sponsored by DIRT Late Model magazine and Rand Machine,
to compete at the new I-96 Speedway, owned by former sprint car driver
Mike Mouch. In an eventful feature
race, with two cars barrel-rolling on the front stretch, Brian was able to gain
a second spot finish, following the former Stacker2 contender of Jeep VanWormer.
On Saturday night, Brian was once again in
Rossburg

Ohio
to compete in the Sunoco American Late Model Series (ALMS) and the UMP Modified
events at Eldora Speedway. Brian
pilots the #11 late model owned by Lawrence Motorsports for all ALMS events and
the #20 modified owned by Chuck Sanning. Brian
was 15th fastest qualifier out of the 50+ late models present.
Brian finished 2nd in his heat behind Bob Lanter.
Brian fought to get to the front during the feature, but ended with a 5th
place finish. In the Modified
division, Brian won his heat and finished 2nd to Scott Orr.
Next weekend, April 22 and 23 will find Brian once again at I-96 on Friday
night with his #49 late model and then back to Eldora for a modified race in the
